hallo Lisa and team.. 🙋 like all your video .. I really like it and never miss all the beautiful movements that you create ... thanks for that 🙏 There is one question for you guys, is there any music in every your Pilates classess? if so, what is the best music do you think? is it an abstract music or music with slow beat? so the count can be organized so well ? because, it is hard to find slow music with the organized count... I hope you can answer my question.... 😊

Aloha Indira! Pilates is traditionally done in silence. This allows you to completely focus on the task at hand. At our studio we do use gentle music in the background. Music without words or strong beats are best for focus. Classical music can be good. I also like Dr Jeffrey Thompson brainwave music, reiki music, or yoga music works well too. I hope this helps!
