Sir you are saying a short nap of 15 mins.. I will need those 15 mins only for trying to sleep 😅 Make a short video of that too😛

the reason, why short naps are considered effective, is you're not in your deep sleep phase. In turn, it helps you wake up feeling refreshed and active. Naps longer than 30 minutes can make you feel sleepy and groggy. Eventually, you'll wake up feeling all tired and unable to focus. In short, waking up from a deep sleep can be tiring and thus short naps are recommended in the afternoon. Also, you might feel that you were just about to sleep but trust me it'll be worth waking up right after the timer gets over!

I can completely understand you. I have very difficult time to sleep as well. Even slight noises wake me up. And i get up getting all grumpy. Here's a few things that has helped me A LOT in past few months. 1) Sleep with eye patch on. 2) Try to make your room as dark as possible. 3) cool room helps in better sleep. 4) listen to piano or violin etc. Or you can watch liziqi's channel. Her videos helps me calm myself when I'm anxious before sleeping. 5) Try not to use any digital instruments like phone, laptop atleast 1 hour before you go to bed 6) Reduce caffeine intake 7) start to revise what you've read as you've closed your eyes. Hope this helps.

One more thing can done is that, the work which we find more interesting for ex.painting, dancing, singing etc... Can also be done rather than taking a short nap, bcoz it helps in refreshing our mind and we can again go for studies.

Sir, please give some tip for mental exhaustion. As you CA demands min 9hrs study but after studying whole day and then trying to study after dinner is so hard after exhaustion 🤕. I usually just pass out. 3:22 And ball will come down only at 9.8m/s2 acceleration irrespective of weight or throwing speed.(As a former science student I couldnt stop myself 😅)

Sir actually coffee with sugar create problem ….coffee with jaggery is better While study when I feel very much sleepy at thai time I drink a cup of coffee only at night , it’s help me to stay awake .

Just in time! I fall asleep during day then I feel guilty after waking up. Also this humid weather is the worst for exams. You can chew fennel seeds too. It works for me. Anyways its said to improve digestion 😄

Sometimes i wonder how ppl can be so stupid... How can u ask someone to say words which will motivate u. Motivation can be found only within. It sprouts up on its own due to our life's events. No one can tell u how to remain motivated or spoon feed u this. Stop listening, start acting.

Try to walk a bit. Engage your mind in some activity that will keep it busy. If you still feel sleepy, then sleep for 15-20 minutes and wake up

I don't know if it helps, but I have changed my sleep pattern accordingly then, sleeping 6 hours at night, and 2 in the afternoon. I feel studying is a priority, you achieve it any way you use. Though, depends on person to person.

Mujhe raat ko neend nhi aati meri pardhai nhi ho pati efficient because ghr m father ki death k baad s mahool aacha nhi h and m bhi depress feel karti hu Mujhe ek CA bnna h or mujhe papa k alawa koi or support nhi karta.... Mera toh alag hi hai 24 ghantey mein bs 4-5 ghantey soota hu Raat ko neend hi nahi aati Aur subha utna padta hai.. But fir bhi padhai ki productivity km hai :(

4-5 hours is not sufficient sleep for a student. Reduce screen time and try to sleep 2-3 hours more . Productivity will increase

sir u need to cut your carbohydrates and increase fibers into your diet... because every carb is converted into sugar with in 15 min and sugar makes you lazy, cutting down fats will not do...fats gives energy....
