Please bring URA staffs who can answer questions very well, those ones have failed and it seems they don't even have enough information regarding taxes, taxable goods etc

Greetings. To be honest, I was unable to understand what exactly these URA personnel were explaining regarding payable taxes. They are not clear, and sounds like they are an informed, they talk of many channels and are not mentioning these. For example, there's an issue regarding visa application to Uganda. No clear reasons and no proper explanation. It's only suggesting to travel and get clearance at entebbe airport. Uganda never clear on anything.
