For everyone being able to do a pullup, climbing a ledge is super easy. Its not like he has to muscle-up here (even though he probably could) but he can just climb up using his feet against the wall. This is something evers moderately fit person can do. The rest of this exercise not so much.

Trick for the hard part jump from left edge to the right and it’ll be a lot easier to get to the top. Instead of running and jumping in the straight line. Like walking or running down a hill; gotta zigzag it makes it easier and less painful on the feet and joints. But that was awesome 👏🏽😎🤘🏽
