It's purely personal si choice hai...some are comfortable and some aren't...like we hopefully are most comfortable in lehengas(traditional ones not these days modern),long gowns,long tops with the long skirts and chunni etc so are they...!!

Let me explain the reason, Ye Bihar girls Bihar ya UP mein toh apne ye sare shashaunk poore kar nahi skte. So Delhi NCR mein aa ke apneghar walo se dur aa ke Sharaab se le kar chotte kapdo tak sare shaunk poore karti hain. Aur issi tarah ye haryana ke laundo ko patati hai. I have seen it so closely man.
