I was suffered from hig bladder neck with urine at every 20 minutes and my life was miserable. After consultation from aiimes delhi, cmc vellore, medanta and so many urologist none of then given a single relief. Ultimately I found video of dr atul sir on KZbin and started my consultation in July 2022. Now I am completely fine only in rainy season little bit problem but it's negligible. 1. take homeopathic medicine clematis erecta q 15 drops thrice a day with a cup of water. 2. silicia 6x , 6tablet thrice a day. gap 30minuts between both medicine. avoid tea, coffe, coldrinks, fast foods, packaging foods, spicy, fried. chhole, rajma, urad, gobhi, muli. take natural antioxident like apple. add 1tsp ghee daily.
