I suffer two year from deppression becouse of my pcod and spinal cord injury and becouse of it I left my medical 2019,2020 2021 is very depresied time for me bt I overcome from from it because of my grattitude my meditation and my grandma helps me overcome from deppression sprituality have power of healing I hope sandeep maheshwari sir overcome from deprresion soon❣️❣️

Hare Krishna🙏🏻 Just a little update. I was having severe back pain since a year. Not even medicines helped me and then I came across this video. This is a life changer truly. I tried these yoga poses for a month now and I can say my back pain is almost vanished. Thank you very much. I wish you all well and hope ya’ll recover soon too.

Today is the first I do this. It's just magic my back pain gone. I have to sat for a long hours that's why I struggling with this. And because of this pain I am unable to study regularly. But finally I find this. I am truly grateful. Thank you so much 😊

आप का बोहोत बोहोत धन्यवाद बहन❤❤ मैंने आप का ये योगा लगभग 1.5 साल पहले किया था जब मेरी कमर में बोहोत ज्यादा दर्द था मैं जब चलता था तब भी बोहोत तेज कमर दर्द होता था फिर मेने आप का ये योगा किया मुझसे बिल्कुल अच्छे से तो नहीं हुआ मेने जैसे केसे किया और मेरा दर्द करते करते ही बंद हो गया और एक बार करने के बाद बिल्कुल ठीक हो गया। फिर बोहोत टाइम बाद दो बार दोबारा दर्द हुआ तो ये आप का योग किया और बिकुल ठीक हो गया। आप का बोहोत बोहोत धन्यवाद बहन दिल से आप को धन्यवाद बहन❤❤

I am almost a year postpartum and had intense lower back pain. I started this exercise routine first regularly and then intermittently. It has ben more than a month and this exercise routine has helped me heal my lower back to a great degree.

Highly recommended this Yoga for those who is having back pain. Thank you so much for this yoga. I was having severe back pain but was not interested to do any exercise or yoga but I took it on my mind and since when i’m doing this yoga I’ve been relaxing so much, my back pin is completely gone. Started it today, as I have severe back pain due to long sitting hours It was my first day, Will update here on regular intervals about the progress. Thank you satvic movement for this video. 🙏🏻 Edit after 10 days It really helped to reduce my back pain to some extent, will continue for complete relief at the same time I started consuming home made laddoos for back pain so these both will work together and help to reduce that.

I had been diagnosed with compressed spine and told there was no solution other than pain killers. I felt as though I had aged 40 years and couldn’t do even normal daily activities without feeling excruciating pain. I was experiencing severe pain in my neck and shoulders and somr mild pain in my middle back, but now there's so much relief. Although I could not do it on a daily basis, but since watching this video, I am sleeping on a hard mattress on the floor, and it has definitely helped. Thanks again!!! 🙏😊🌺

Was suffering from lower back pain from 10-15 days... Avoided going to doc, and, started looking for solutions... 1st day 60% pain gone, over 3 days 80℅ gone...sometimes yoga is more effective than the short cut of seeking medical help 😊😊😊

I was having lower back and upper back pain towards neck. Couldn't sit comfortably for long time. This symptom started suddenly. Since my husband has disc issue I searched for exercise immediately so as to relieve my pain. Did this for one day and pain has gone. Now doing it for third day. Thanks for sharing this and you are awesome at teaching❤

Thank you for this session. I had a severe back pain because of my long sitting hours and these aasan helped immensely. I'm really baffled that something as simple as this can give me such a relief.

Hello,this is my review post exercise done for past 4 days,I was diagnosed with scalar issues along with lumbago,so post taking steroids it was suppressed but required many physiotherapy sessions on regular basis,so i opted for this exercise as I couldn't go out for exercise regularly due to pain,so this exercise did wonders,lumbago recovery and no back pain too.Thank You🙏

Extremely useful yog asanas; I was not able to do one or two poses since they were a bit challenging, but I am sure I'll be able to do all of them with practice. Radhika, you are a great teacher.
