They is like education loan after the term loan needs to be paid along with interest by the beneficiary or legal heir, if not bank will seize the property. Loan to value will be roughly about 30-35% of the property value .

One way this is loan against mortgage so what is the difference between reverse mortgage and loan against mortgage sir? When we take home loan to buy its home loan and keeping home under mortgage for fund then home against mortgage .. but reverse mortgage and loan against mortgage same..loan against mortgage already exists for long time only thing I feel difference monthly bank paying out amount for our need with interest
