As much as I may agree, just how much authority does the governor have over the release or not of prisoners. If the order comes from the home office, they can’t keep the prisoners in prison! They might be able to make a statement against release but that is likely all they can do.

Never been to Robin Island but used to sit outside the bar at The Blue Peter hotel and look across at it. I can only imagine as it looks dark enough from the coast and even if you don't know it's history it still puts chills up the spine.
