Clint Walker is interviewed for the Extraordinary TV series, which includes an inspirational true life event. Clint has always been one of my favourite US actors. I particularly enjoyed his performance as Samson Posey in The Dirty Dozen, alongside Lee Marvin and Charles Bronson, and Sam Whiskey with Burt Reynolds. I am so pleased posting this interview with Clint has been enjoyed and been so inspirational for many of you.

I have always respected Clint Walker, as a gentle decent man, and maybe the reason he was spared was just to be able to show people that when you pray sometimes you really do get what you are asking for. God can use the simplest thing or most amazing thing to remind us he is here.

Great video. Thanks for posting. Great guy, great actor. Vince Gironda once called Clint Walker the best natural physique in the world. And I agree. He could have been the Arnold Schwarzenegger of his day if he had wanted to be. He has such incredible grace for such a big powerful guy. Always fascinating. Thanks again.

I have loved Clint since 1958 and named my son after him. When Clint had his ski accident I sent a get well telegram to the hospital.I have all his films and many signed photos.For thirty years, two framed cinema posters ( yellowstone kelly and night of the grizzly) have hung on my living room wall. I have admired this lovely man for most of my life.

I wonder if actors and actress's ever get on youtube and read a lot of the comments people make about them ? Wow amazing life story!! you know I look at all the western tv stars and he lasted the longest in life and beat them all, including james arness who died in June of last year. He outlived Andy Griffith, Audie murphy, all of the bonanza stars. Amazing, he will always be the great one in my heart who was the last of the great tv western to ride off into the sunset of American western television. I will always remember him for that.

A long time ago, I heard Clint was having trouble with his eyes. My Son Jake was about 4 then. Jake saw a guy fall out of a tree, and he landed on a rock pile on his Back. Jake and I said a little prayer for this guy. Somehow he found out Jake had done this. The next day he knocked on our door and thanked Jake for the prayer. He fell at least 30 feet. Not a broken bone, not even sore. Jake And I prayed for Clints eyes to get better. I hope they did. Jakes 23 now, and a good guy. Clint is such a good egg I think. He had everything. Drop dead looks, the voice, the body most body builders would love to have, and that something else most people don't know they have until your old. A calmness, a peace that comes from, I think God. He could have been more popular, had he promoted himself more, I think he was a better actor than John Wayne, and a lot of others, But he didn't compromise for the sake of fame. To me, this sounds weird and a little corny, He's like an old friend, I feel like if I ever met him, It would have been like I always knew him. I think a lot of us feel that way about him. We grew up with him. He's like an older brother, I guess. But better. I'll be real sad when he gets to go home. My little brother was 6' 10 He liked Clint too. I'll ask him to greet Clint and show him around the place. There really is not to many actors in his realm. I think Tom Sellak, Sam Elliot, John Vioght, These guys I think are some pretty good people. Jimmy Stewart, Ronald Reagan too. I'm sorry to say not to much impresses me today. This was one of the best interviews with Clint I've ever seen Thanks

stonemere Great video, thanks for posting. I am so glad that I came across it. As a youngster I always enjoyed watching Clint Walker in Cheyenne and remember the theme tune well. I had no idea however, that there was a side to him that was so intuitive and thoughtful. He comes across as a good, decent and humble man, which is probably something to do with this ability to listen to his inner voice. All the very best to him.

I had a friend who was "pronounced dead" and draped with a sheet a number of years ago after being involved in a car accident between Orlando and Disney World. A friend of hers saw her car and stopped, and pulled back the sheet. She opened her eyes and said "Chad?". She survived ONLY because a friend happened to stop by. Makes you wonder how we can trust drs with "declaring" when people have gone to the great beyond.

Clint, himself, only referred to a little warning voice, a possible guardian angel or whatever we wish to call it. Not GOD. He did pray to God during his accident, not such an unusual occurance....
@MovieJon
@MovieJon 14 жыл бұрын
He speaks of a little warning voice in his head, perhaps a "guardian angel," but specifically says "call it whatever you wish." He said NOTHING to suggest that "God" was protecting him. Though at one time he did pray to God, which is not something unusual for quite a good many people.

Really...where were those angels when those 20 children were murdered? When toddlers, fall in a pool and die ? When babies die of instant pneumonia ? Many people have been "pronounced dead" and then are revived. However they heard nothing. Saw nothing. I am not impressed by Walkers experience. Drugs can cause the same thing.
