He missed a point. After bombing civilian infrastructure in Iraq, the USA imposed a total blockade, so no facilities could be repaired. In consequence, half a million Iraqi children died of water contamination. Madeleine Albright said that this was collateral damage and worth it. People told her this was bad PR, so she went round all the TV studios demanding that they erased the footage of her saying it.
