Yeah it's in US too and its one of the best along with the other chinese name ones like chun yang or xing fu tang. Kung fu tea is alright but its like at the bottom, tho its the gateway for many to boba

In the UK we have Gong Cha which im fairly certain is a taiwanese company, however due to americas relationship with China and a lot of Americans views towards China it would probably not do as well there, however there are Gong Cha locations in America but from what I can see there is very few and there might not be one anywhere near the US filming location. However if you are close to one id strongly recommend it they're the best bubble tea chain I have been to.

@@charlierocket8007 Most are owned by American companies. The only ones near me that's owned or started by a Taiwanese company are Quickly and Xing Fu Tang and we have a lot of these shops around the 626 area.

I buy mine from a great place that has a great menu of different types of Asian cuisine. Truthfully it is a lot cheaper. A large mango fruit tea with mango popping boba is £3.95.

Are these US/UK only brands? Bubbleology tea looks very fluorescent. Australia for some reason has all the Taiwan/HK brands. Just on my main street alone: Sharetea, Gongcha, Heytea, Toptea, Machi machi, Mixue ice cream and tea...all within a 2 minutes of each other. I dont understand how they all stay in business as they are direct competition with each other xD.

What about the cheese foam milk tea?? I love melon milk tea, but I am think I try apple fruit milk drinks.. I have tried brown sugar boba tea. That was when I was hooked, then tried melon milk tea and not looked back. I didn't know they had apple tea. I tried apple tea when I went to Turkey and loved that. I will try that, but the bubbleology is not in Milton Keynes?

Taro root flavored boba tea is pretty funny to me because the actual root is more akin to a vegetable like potatoes or radishes. How people managed to make it taste sweet is a miracle.

Ha! I really don’t know what the British think...，BUT Boba tea- It’s actually Assam Milk Tea + tapioca pearls.... As for tapioca pearls (boba), it has been almost a hundred or two hundred years since they were made. Therefore, the court ruled that the name of tapioca milk tea does not involve the issue of lack of patent rights. 哈! 真的不知道外國人怎麼想的，波霸奶茶其實就是阿薩姆奶茶+木薯珍珠而來的.... 而木薯珍珠(粉圓)這個東西，從出現到現在大概也快一兩百年，所以法院才會判決珍珠奶茶這個名稱，沒有專利權的問題

The only bubble tea that I will tolerate is "Thai tea," which is always on point and tastes something like a chai tea with cinnamon and milk. Passion fruit tea sounds like absolutely disgusting chain bubble tea variety shite you would find at the mall. Oolong is some of the best stuff you can get if you buy a genuine tea cake, I don't know why you would get that at one of these chains or possibly consider putting boba in it. I usually have to emphatically tell them that I don't want boba, just on the offchance that they will sneak it in by default. I don't need boba because I'm not a child. These episodes are so bizarre and I don't understand the need to see slight differences in portion sizes between countries between every fast food chain in the continent.

Native speakers dumb down the language and make common mistakes that are taught often through their socialisation. Many C2 English learners start doing that too. You may notice in many songs they say "it don't" or you hear people saying "I'm going + place". Very common.
