You can't keep the Nassau County stadium up because it would be too expensive to host matches. They wouldn't sell enough tickets to make a profit. That's why stadiums the size of Grand Prairie Stadium are great for now. Yeah, they should invite full member teams but I'm sure they're more than happy to do that but it's up to whether or not the full member teams accept the invitation.

Batsman has forgotten how to tackle this type of pitch. They are used to playing their favorite shots where the ball doesn’t moves or swing at all. It makes the game one sided and then 200 plus score seems easy to chase. This is what a pitch should look like, it’s like an exam where no teams were prepared. In NY there are no actual cricket grounds. But think this temporary pitch was better than playing at a baseball stadium as I think it provided the fan a much better experience. Now if the professional league takes off then hopefully they will build new stadiums but probably at smaller capacities like soccer did.

This current Nassau county cricket stadium is a makeshift temporary stadium made for t20 World Cup and will probably be dismantled after WC. I want US authorities to build a world class cricket stadium here after they dismantle this temporary one ! And Indian team will keep coming here again and again to the demand of massive Indian diaspora living in US and Canada. We can also alter the pitch to make it a high scoring pitch that will totally light up the atmosphere here !
