I thought you were going to talk about how Bolt has been diagnosed with scoliosis, or how he takes a longer stride with one leg than the other (both true and interesting). But, this was also interesting and informative 👍

These vids are amazing, thanks! Would you be able to talk about how you improved your posture and body function like you talked about in your last video?

The next video will begin to cover that.

Great content as always @TheoTanchak! Could you tell us what software you use for video analysis and annotation, like we see here?

Another great video! A quick question I have: the extension angle appears to be very sensitive on where the horizontal hip line is drawn, but it’s not entirely clear how it is derived from the images. Are you just eyeballing it, or is there more to it?

Cooooool i want more. Perhaps looking at a basic backwards movement in armwrestling named back pressure. Its would be i okay simpel movement to analyse. One could do alot of biomechanical analyses on the movements in armwrestling because there are so many. One you could look at could be Levan saginashvili vs Dave chaffee it is a one sided match. Yes i like armwrestling, but biomechanically then it has many sides.
