Cloner’s Animation Mode offers several modes that change how you can manipulate keyframed animation on cloned objects using C4D’s MoGraph toolset. Use Play mode to simply play the animation, or Loop mode to endlessly loop the animation. Fixed mode allows direct control over which frame of the animation is used, while Fixed Loop combines direct control with repeating animation.

Why might the animation not be transferred to the clones? As soon as the cloner is activated the scene goes to frame 0. Edit: It's the reset coordinates check in cloner object.

I have a few characters I want to clone to make a crowd. They don't move using the Cloner. They just go back to the T-pose. Keyframes are ignored.

I had same Issue, Do these steps maybe it worked: 1) check the cloner modes ( change instance mode ) and see if anyone help or no 2) put your character (or characters) in a null and then put the null into the cloner ( the null should not be animated ) I Know it wan 5 month ago but anyway

if the Cloner didn't copy the animation an tick "fix clone" check box under Cloner "object" properties.

Seems that the cloner module doesn't like editable objects for some reason.. animations dont work on edited objects

I have always troubles using this technique.. I don't know.. supposed to be very straight forward but some how when I try to use the effectors, the clones don't behave as they should..

if keyframe animation still not playing, untick Reset Coordinates under cloner object if you are using 2023
