I tried this with my Shure, RC3, and adapter through input A (not sure I tried input B) and cannot hear anything even when I turn my amp all the way up. Do Need a booster in addition to level knob?I want to be able to record acoustic guitar through the Shure and then RC3. Thanks in advance!

you only can have one loop at a time but it can have infinite layers

With a mixer you can add eq and improve your mic sound, plus have a little keyboard in another channel...opens up possibilities, even have an extra mic on a drum whatever..

Thank you for the video. I did everything you said but I have a loud hum from my amp. I tried on 2 different amps and both have loud hum. Any suggestions?

Just a guess, but he appears to use a simple mic cord to 1/4” Jack adapter. When I use a mic with a guitar amp I have to use a mic cord to 1/4” Jack adapter that has an impedance adapting feature. SHURE makes the one I use. Without it I get all kinds of hum and feedback.

I used a D’addario adapter and got the same problem, the mic gain was very low and have a lot of feedback

FYI I switched to a TRS cable and the hum is gone!
