If you're wondering how to get the addon, download the zip folder of the addon from the link in the description and put it somewhere you can find it and don't unzip it (a folder named 'addons' in the blender folder in documents works for me) then open up blender and navigate to the addon section inside the preferences just like he does. Instead of searching up the name in the search bar, press the install button above that and navigate to where you saved the zip file, select it and hit install. and boom, once you tick the box on the left of the name you have it installed and you can now use it. hopefully that helps if it was your issue :)

Great series. But in one of your old videos, you explained the importance of bevelling everything to add realism. You said the sharp edges don't exist in the real life. In this series, it seems like the frame of your couch is extremely sharp and you can literally cut your hand or legs by hitting on it. Was that intentional or forgotten? Please Bevel those edges.

ok so one issue was that i was hoping this would cover how to make the materials on the couch. i do have many poliigon textures, including fabrics (probably the older ones), and they don't seem to have this node set up.

If you're getting an error when you try to enable the Poliigon addon, make sure you enable the "node wrangler" addon first (this is default in Blender). Then enable the Polligon addon and it should work!
