Using Judo for Wrestling

In this video, you get to see some of my highlight videos for wrestling, which I only did for 1 year in my senior year of high school. Since I only had a short amount of time to learn the rules and adjust to the traditional wrestling stance, I used more of my favorite judo moves to help me win the majority of my matches. This put me in an advantage over anyone else since most of my opponents did not usually come across a judoka who can perform a variety of techniques and apply them to wrestling. My end result for the 1 year of wrestling using just judo techniques as my predominant moves include being District Champion, Regional Runner-Up and taking 6th place at the FHSAA Championships (States).
