It's interesting how we are taught that in a very general sense that we will need to assume responsibility but not how to assume responsibility for the self in this way. And putting conditioning on top of that how much of this sense of self may then be washed away.. if we do not put Self Awareness also on top of our life priorities for the self, regardless of being taught anything worthy or seeing goodness reflected around Living in an environment in which disguise is the norm is confusing still, particularly when what may be your actions do not manifest because of fear of the silencing effect of apathy I guess

@@emmawbender7486 You are so welcome, it's a wonderful journey with significant guide posts along the way... to help us come to know ourselves, perhaps for the first time. For me, it's been the shedding of who I've been told I am, told to be, how to be, all projections from other people's map of the world. Once I encountered my own deeper self, I began to embrace the shadows, as Richard says here, as part of the tutorial - the witness - of who I really am. Some of it I like, some of it I've been changing, and that changes everything. Especially now as we enter into what many term "the new consciousness" if we have a💜 slight guidance - kind of a "hand rail" to hold, that's what the Gene Keys have been for me, an ebb and flow of guidance and deeper wisdom - Kathy in Canada
