Excellent and interesting! Love to see the illustrations! This is an important topic, and what might be interesting is the sleep-gut health connection. Research indicates that habits that promote better sleep quality also play a key role in maintaining gut health, like if we avoid eating 3-4 hours before bedtime we help our gut to work more effectively. But if we stay up late, delay sleep and eat energy-rich snacks, not only is this challenging to the gut, but leads to restless sleep.

It's just like a leaky car engine head gasket. If engine oil and coolant mixes together, it will cause major engine issue, as well as premature wear. It can also cause overheating, which is a bit like inflammation.

As I understand it. The only area where the gut can leak is through the Peyer’s Patches. Here the immune system can sample and decide whether molecules passing into the gut are to be treated as Friend or Foe. In some illness conditions, too much comes through these patches and into the blood stream. Leading to food intolerance symptoms. The mucosa itself doesn't let through anything it is not supposed to.

Sourkraut kan be helpful. Just make sure to buy live sourkraut and not pasturized (kinda defeats the purpose to paturize it..) Also goat milk have beneficial properties in the form of certain carbohydrates For some (like me) real cow milk direct from the farm have a clear positive effect on my gut health. Also an unexpected thing for me was a big improvement in gut health after an antibiotic treatment (for another condition). But I also made sure to take precosa while on the antibiotics and high dose of prebiotics in pill form aswell as saurkraut. Had issues for almost 10 years but now much better. Im still sensitive to caffeine though so I limit my coffee intake now.

Bubbies Sauerkraut is an actual fermented food. I can fend off sugar cravings by eating it instead. Great stuff!

Very clear and interesting I harbour the suspicion that " hot particles " may cause a pin point hole ( not pin points as the particles are so in frequent ) such an alpha and / or beta source may cause people to present with a tiny hole which seems to be perfectly formed and free from disease, yet can allow blood into the gut as well as ` gut leakage to an extent.

Thanks for this general explanations, could you elaborate at some point on histamines associated with the food we eat that influences the condition? Since many try to figure out how to assist with the mitigation of inflammatory responses by changing their diets and the way they prepare and consume food. For example avoid eating left overs since the histamine level increase in them while stored in the fridge.

An unexposed photographic film placed in an area of pain in the gut ( where a pain suppression patch might normally be found ) might show energetic particle emission ( gamma ).

Yes, it does. However, Rhonda Patrick said people with cancer need to be very careful because glutamine can apparently fuel cancer cells. I haven’t looked further into it but that did concern me as I frequently us a product called Intestinal Support Complex which contains glutamine.

Our daughter’s intestinal system was disrupted by good poisoning. It’s been a slow process returning to normal. She is seeing a gastroenterologist today. I’ve suggested bone broth and probiotics. Any other ideas? She hasn’t taken bone broth yet.

Check out the end of the video for Dr. Been's recommendations for building up the integrity of the intestinal walls at least. How old is your daughter? She could probably benefit from Intermittent Fasting and some extended fasting (even just one 48 hour fast, though don't push it too much for the first one). Another channel I find has a lot of great health info on these subjects is Pottinger's Human.

Oh man, he’s probably going to try to give her a bunch of very harsh drugs and proton pump inhibitors. When I have food poisoning, I take oregano oil with food and activated charcoal pills on an empty tummy. If it’s really bad, I will do a two week herbal parasite cleanses. Other things to add to heal the gut are Intestinal Support Complex powder. Look at the ingredients, many brands sell a similar formula. If that’s not enough you can add liposomal colostrum from Sovereign labs. Healing foods include okra and nagaimo. This is some of the protocol that my naturopath in La Jolla has put me on for SIBO and other digestive problems.
