In this video, I have remastered the audio and video of the USSR anthem Played on November 7, 1988. This, along with 1941, 1970, and 1979, was one of the snowiest parades on Red Square.

@@thiru0297 I agree with you that no Soviet Republic should have been allowed to secede (just like I would say that no American state should be allowed to do so either) but I also believe that serious reforms to the election process would be in order. Basically a system similar to the 1989 elections, except I wouldn't have appointed 750 unelected Communists to the already 1000+ seat legislature. Also, we should reserve certain media outlets for the Government and the Opposition, so the public can hear both sides of an election debate.
