It was my first time and I am not a super experienced runner to be honest. It helped me greatly to plan out the segments, have a goal time per segment and memorize the nutrition and HR targets for each segment. Breaking it up that way was helpful I felt. For the second half it all went out of the window and it just became about determination. My number one tip would probably to just not give up unless you get an actual injury. Just always think in the low moments "this too shall pass" and then eventually it will.

Its the Insta360 Go2 camera. Its super light and I place it on my cap and then just swing it around with my arms for some of the shots. Version 3 of the camera was just launched. Give it a google 👍
