Recipe for 1-2 people
dough:
white wheat flour 200g
salt 1/2 tsp
water about 100ml
topping:
oil about 90ml
lamb 94g
onion 1x
ginger 18g
tomato 3x
fresh hot green chili pepper 2x
celery 2 pieces
red sweet pepper 2x
half a bulb of garlic
asian cabbage/chinese cabbage ( I only use the hard sections) 114g
scallion 1x
soy sauce 1tbsp
black rice vinegar 2.5 tbsp
salt 1.5 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
black pepper 1.5 tsp

Hey there! I made this recipe and it was so lovely, but on your recipe description you should really say to use black vinegar. I didn’t realise until after I made it and i used white vinegar and it tasted so strong! I re watched the video and saw you used black vinegar in your spoon while you were putting it in the pan. Just a friendly suggestion. Any way, Love your recipes and your channel!
