Take a big cauliflower and remove the green parts. Ensure that the cauliflower is immersed in turmeric water to remove pesticides and the insects on it. Now cut the cauliflower into pieces. Marinate the cauliflower with turmeric powder, salt and cook it in little water.
To make Gobi 5 paste, mix cornflower powder, salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder,ginger garlic paste and chilly powder with some water. Now mix this paste with the cooked cauliflower. Keep it aside for 2 minutes and then start frying the cauliflower. Quick and easy Gobi 65 is ready to serve. This is a simple and tasty recipe which can be easily tried at home. It can be served as a snack too. Kids would definitely love it.
