Idichakka Thoran is a popular Kerala cuisine which is tasty and healthy too. It is a healthy dish for people irrespective of their age. Take off the outer part of the jackfruit and cut the unripe jackfruit into small pieces. Next take some garlic cloves, green chillies and cumin seeds and crush them . Add grated coconut, salt, turmeric powder, the crushed mixture and a little oil to the finely chopped Idichakka before keeping the vessel on flame. Mix these ingredients well with your hands and then heat a vessel. Add some oil to it and put fenugreek. Now add the mixed ingredients and close the lid to cook. Saute it frequently .
