Yes, I use lemon balm, red raspberry, lavender, calendula and chamomile in my yoni steam blends too. I've also started creating nettle and red clover teas as people have been asking me about these :-) Great video, sis.

Is there measurements or is it just equal parts of each?

Thanks for all the information. I tried the Amazon link but it doesn't work. Maybe sold out. What size is it? In your other video you have a lemon balm plant, where were you able to find it? I can only find the dry herb. I would be interested in the video walk through at the herb shop. Be well.

Thanks love! Check out this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKuTgZeqfM10m6c I found a pot at Target for my sisters yoni steam. I found my Lemon Balm plant at Home Depot, but I can definitely share on another video.

Anyone know where I could find these herbs (organic) ?
@HealthyKyla4 жыл бұрын
Yep! I sure do! But organic tea and use it as a steam! So for instance, you can get organic loose leaf tea like Chamomile and mint that will from your local grocery store. If your in Maryland, check out Wegmans. I can do a video on it as well. ☺️

Is it ok to use the tea bag? Chamomile tea, acai berry herbal tea......?
@HealthyKyla4 жыл бұрын
Hey Nancy! You sure can! Here is my video explaining how to yoni steam with tea: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fIq9eGlrpK-Jbsk. I use Chamomile in the video, but my rule of thumb is to make sure the tea is organic and naturally caffeine free.

Would you know which herb will be good for postpartum?
@HealthyKyla4 жыл бұрын
That is a great question! This steam bag is actually the herbs my herbalist gave me for postpartum and I still use this mix. I hope this helps!
@Mamaisthesource4 жыл бұрын
Hi. I'm a full spectrum doula but I specialize in all things postpartum. For postpartum steaming, the best herbs to use are soft and nurturing herbs which are emollient herbs, and antiseptic herbs for any cuts or tears. Rosehip buds work great for hemorrhoids. Let me know if you still need help mama 💜

What herbs are best for UTIs?
@HealthyKyla3 жыл бұрын
This is a great question! First, do not yoni Steam if you have of supper having a UTI. The Steam will just aggravate it. I would however use a steam after being inmate. Or monthly if you are prone to UTIs. Some herbs great for UTI’s are cranberries, green tea, mint, chamomile, parsley. Remember you can use herbs as a tea, take as supplements and cook with as well. I think I need to do a video on this. Thanks for asking!
