I also want to let people know too, DONT SLEEP ON OBSERVING YOUR CERVICAL MUCUS!!! I know folks would like to have you think discharge is nasty but it literally lets you know what phase of your menstrual cycle you’re in. I literally used my cervical mucus to get pregnant and knew the day of my missed period that I was pregnant because of my cervical mucus. That raw egg white slippery cervical mucus is what carries them sperm on up lol so steer clear of those days!!

Yes!! There’s a section in the app to put in your daily observations for cervical mucus as well

Idk why I stopped, but this video is giving me the encouragement I need to get back on track. Please continue to have more conversations like these and thanks for sharing your journey with us.

A lot of times a brand will reach out to influencers to promote their product and the influencer is learning while they’re creating content. It’s much easier when I already love the product and have experience to share before working with the brand ☺️

Seriously thank you so much for this! I have a beautiful 6mo old baby boy but my pelvic floor is absolutely not ready for another yet. I’ve been tracking my ovulation windows for years (it’s how we conceived) but not as thoroughly as I could be! After seeing my husband be such an incredible father, abstaining during fertile windows is VERY difficult 😅. I definitely plan on exploring these options 💕

Natural Cycles is more effective than traditional fertility awareness-based methods, and you don’t have to do the three months monitoring phase before you use it. The birth control app is 93% with typical use and 98% with perfect use 💜💜

I’m not an expert but unless you’re exclusively breastfeeding, check with your OB or midwife to make sure you don’t have any issues hormonally, as your period should return before the one year mark!

The cycle came back early because pumping doesn’t send the same signals to the body as a baby latching & expressing the milk themselves lol our bodies are smart. The same thing happened to me. So even though you are producing milk if you want it to stop frfr the baby has to be drinking directly from source because it triggers the oxytocin hormone in your body which then triggers prolactin which will delay your period (most of the time). Nonetheless breastfeeding is breastfeeding I was so sad when mine pulled up 4 months PP

It takes 2 years for a woman's hormones to return to normal after having a baby (not 4 to 5 years). I had a successful VBAC 2 years after my CS 🙂 The 4-5 year quote is misinformation and part of the depopulation agenda. The aim is that women only have 1 or 2 children, bearing in mind that 35 years is considered "advanced maternal age". I choose to believe the Word of God. Children are a blessing.
@victoriouslogan9 ай бұрын
There’s been more recent studies that say 4-5 and even some say 7 😫😫

@VW7779 ай бұрын
I believe that they are putting out misinformation to promote depopulation. If every woman waits 4 to 5 years that means they will have less children (if they have more than 1); bearing in mind they say 35 is an advanced age for childbearing.
@victoriouslogan9 ай бұрын
4 years is an excellent gap, age wise for the kids they get their own time to adjust. My brother and I are 4 years apart and I love our gap. 2 years is way too soon for me… I don’t feel ready to try again at all. After talking with my doctor (naturopathic) she suggests women wait for both their physical and mental health to be at optimal level before trying again. Having too many back to back can be detrimental if there isn’t proper recovery. But people are gonna have less children anyway because less people are stable financially, the economy sucks, less people are getting married, etc. 🤷🏽♀️ my focus is moreso physical and mental health
@VW7779 ай бұрын
@@victoriouslogan Everyone should have children when they are ready, it is great you are considering natural forms of family planning. But for those who do feel ready they don't have to wait 4 to 5 yrs or even 7 years. I have children with a 2 year gap, 1.5 year gap, 4 year gap. For me personally the closer age gaps were easier, because I found pregnancy got harder as I got older. I had 3 VBACS by the grace of God. All the best.
