Thank you for this video! I have been wondering if it would be worth it or not.. Shame about the ongoing costs, but it does seem super convenient at the same time. As someone who can be a bit lazy... perhaps the additional ease from Oura/NC use is worth it when I can afford the ongoing costs 😅 Helpful to consider the limitations of NC too!

Haven’t worn my tempdrop lately because I have a skin condition that make it super uncomfy. My hands aren’t affected so I wonder if the ring would be the next step. 😭 thanks for sharing

I’m thinking to get the ring because I hate to wear these big sports watch. I do exercise 4times a week, and my period is always 3-7days late, I feel very stressed out when I don’t know which day my period will come. I’m thinking the oura ring will help me to get my temperature to let me know it will come?

I don't think so unfortunately.. I have only managed to get the actual temp readings by syncing with NC.
