Did you reuse the stock clutch slave cylinder From the nv3500?

Yes I did. It worked fine. Just replaced the throw out bearing.

What did you have to do as far as fuel line connections ?

I used the ones from the v8 truck but you can buy just the quick connect fitting that go on the rail ends online aswell

So motor bolted up to the manual transmission without changing bell house? I’ve got a 2000 Silverado 4x4 that I want to convert to a v8

Yes bolting up is fine. Just need to make sure you have the flywheel and clutch from a 4.8 manual transmission. I got the clutch and flywheel of ebay as one purchase. Also need a thrust bearing for the crank aswell. I used arp flywheel and clutch bolts. Fairly cheap on ebay

No you don't, any harness will work. Just need the computer to be flashed for the combination you are doing.

Should work with the original harness. As long as it's the same year it will all plug in

Did you use an auto ecu? Or did you already have one tuned???

I used a auto ecu with vats delete and tuned for the manual transmission. There is a few places on ebay that will do it cheap.
