Would be a bloody ripper if they did the v8 with the auto. Or the 300 series driveline in the 79s.. although the 2.8 seems prettty good.

There's talk the v6 coming out in the lux, so im keeping my fingers crossed!!!! It does go good, but after drivng Chelles GR 300 and getting back in the 1GD, its chalk and cheese the difference....

Definitely need a sponsor for an exhaust upgrade so you can hear some the exhaust note over the the engine noise. That CV went easy did you have your front locker on?

Yes it was, and yes I do, no one has a diy exhaust for them yet. I am on a few lists though...

4cyl has more external engine noise than the v8 does!

@TeamBulletOffroad oh yea 100% they have done a good job reducing engine noise just sounds like general engine noise is more prominent in the 4cyl over the 8cyl injector tick
