You four are so hilarious and so entertaining! Another great explore! We here in the US do believe the pubs are the heartbeat of the UK❣️Loved the tiles on the fireplace and the color of the walls! Looked to be a very comfy place! Seems they had good taste w/ the yogurts & cheese, LOL! Good selection of spirits! Such a shame they had a fire and it all ended! So glad you all found it and were able to explore and show us the vibe of a modern pub. Lovely view and tasty menu! Even the bathrooms were impressive! The drums & keyboard! Very sad! So, so much left behind! Really wish it could be salvaged! Stay safe and thank you for continuing to share so much for everyone to enjoy❣️Tour de France at the end was beyond! 😂

I bet that was a very nice pub to frequent back in the day. It is sad. It would cost quite a lot to rebuild that place back to it's glory days. That overlook would have been quite the view I bet.

Looking at the state of decay in that building, you'd have thought it would have been abandoned for over 10 years, especially where the walls and floors have collapsed and the greenery has started to sprout all over the place - but its crazy to think that according to the news it happened on 20th July 2021, as you say in the description, summer 2021, that means its only taken 2 and a half years for that level of rot to set in. It is also crazy that the place is still allowed to stand there in that state with it being such a beautiful area - the local residents must be up in arms about having to drive past it. Also, to leave musical instruments there in that container is such a criminal waste - I hope someone sees this video and goes there to "rescue" them as it seems no-one else is bothered what happens to them. Could have been an insurance job seeing as this happened during the height of Covid 19 lockdowns and the place would have been closed and making no money. Real shame.

from the reviews i've read on this place from 3 years ago, 6 years ago and more this was clearly not a very well run place and i could see why they made no money, before during and after covid, id say it problaby was an insurance job

I agree. These dudes are so humble. And even comical with some of their conversations. I love they watch out for one another. The twins remind me of spiders who can literally walk up the walls or even holes to get where they need to get. This is one of my very favorite channels on KZbin. I always look forward to watching their videos. These dudes find the very best places to explore. They're greeeaaaat!

Thank you to Alex Ned Eddy and Steve for turning a burnt pub into a very interesting explore . Was Ned ever in a band , as he seems to be at home with drums , Here Here . Steve is the smart one , he keeps his hands in his pockets and leaves no traces behind . There was a ton of expensive stuff left behind , it was a shame as it will probably wind up rotting away . I love, love, love, watching you guys. E d always has a way of bringing laughter with his cute tactics. You always respect the places you go to. You respect your fan base by not swearing. What I truly respect about you all is you do not bring 6 other extra people with you with no cameras, yet all wearing backpacks. Example: Those six extras aren't with you (not you) "to film" because they have no cameras. Those six are all carrying back packs, so while the fake azz "You Tuber" is filming, the beautiful abandoned house, his six buds are stealing everything they can put their grimy little fingers on. This type of so-called "KZbinr" who doesn't even care how his videos turn out. He admitted to it. And man, are they crappy! He claims he's only doing it as a "hobby"? If that were the case, why film and then post you and your army of thieves going to abandoned properties in the first place? Just be a crook and go rip it off. Why be so shady? Yes, Im speaking of one inparticular KZbinr from the UK who is a fake. You guys film, and I've never observed even one of you ever carrying a backpack with you. Even if an extra one or two people are included in the explorer. There are the legit and their are the fakes explorers. You guys are very much legit, and I love watching you guys together. That is some seriously equipped Kitchen so they must have relied a lot on the catering. Those rationel ovens are worth thousands but they where serious cheaters given those cans of bisque and other bought in stuff that they passed off as home made. I enoy your content lads. Keep them coming :)

"Colate Mint", pronounced "kol are tay". 😂 Or "Chocolate Mint" with a damaged label? Made me smile. That cylinder would have been CO², not oxygen, we used to have it delivered in cylinders to our social club, later we had a tank put in, which was refilled from a tanker lorry, saving heaving cylinders around. I'm guessing this was a Free House, or the brewery would have been in taking all the salvageable stock away. Surprised that the locals haven't raided the place, tbh

Great stuff Guy's. Ned was right about those Premier drums. They're collectors items now. What a shame they're left there to rot, or eventually end up in a skip along with a good quality Pearl kit. It's hard to reconcile that most of the contents will eventually be thrown away.. £1,000's worth of kitchenware etc. It's also thrown up another closely guarded secret with all that "homemade" tinned food 😅

That bottle of Clos du Papillon is about £44 worth!!! Did a little bit of digging-Apparently an internationally renowned rock star objected to a variation to the pubs license (along with a number of others!) involving an extension of music being played indoors/ outdoors some years ago- fair enough. On checking the owner he listed around 18 new companies between February & June 2021(all now dissolved)... some of which were registered as the titles of said musicians songs- bit odd? I think my favourite of his company names has to be See you next Tuesday Ltd!!😂😂😂
