Same exact vacuum and issue. I took it apart thanks to your video. No physical damage found, but it seemed the button became stuck. I clicked it a few times, put the cover back on, plugged it in...and it worked. I appreciate the video on how to get to the part in question. It truly helped! Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Torx bits are not used to prevent repair, they are far superior to Phillips! Anyway thanks for the video!
