You are comparing national capital with Vadodara?? Seriously? 😂 Noida and Gurgaon are part of Delhi NCR that's why they are developed, don't talk like they are separate entities, and Vadodara is definitely more livable than Noida or Gurugram

NCR word is only used to define certain rules for particular area. All money allotment of Gurgaon is done by haryana government itself.

@@TheShivang007 Those governments only take care of the physical infrastructure and its maintenance, actual investment in Noida and Gurgaon is coming thanks to NCR act....physical infrastructure and it's maintenance in Vadodara is slightly better than Noida and Gurgaon, so is the traffic situation, pollution levels, it's also a much safer city and also cleaner, literacy rate is also much higher, so in terms of overall development Vadodara is doing better even with lesser advantages and higher population, if you are only talking about tall residential buildings than yes Noida and Gurgaon are ahead
