Hi can you do more of the reassuring one saying I am safe, I need to here this so much, I’ve managed to out it on repeat, so I can listen to it over and over, is this the only one you do with those affirmations in it, thanks for everything you do ❤

as I say in the meditation, sometimes this meditation can turn into a nap! so if you have anything to do after, best set an alarm! It's OK to fall asleep, your body sometimes needs a little rest and this is an opportunity for it to recharge ♥️

I love your videos my Friend but I'm terribly bothered with panic attacks and today is not a good one I could sit from now to doomsday and I'm so tensed up I like a big block of wood and I hurt all over 😢😢😢😢

I’m so sorry to hear you're going through such a rough time right now. Panic attacks can feel so overwhelming, especially when your body is tense like that. Please be kind to yourself and know that it will pass ❤ If you feel up to it, maybe try some slow, deep breaths to release a little tension. Take care of yourself

I do this every morning but when it comes to relaxing the body parts i have to skip past it, im doing ok till then,my body gets tense and feel its too slow which dont make sense its ment to be relaxing ,its like i want this part to end and i dont have the patience to listen till the end but i do have the patience im quite relaxed up till then its really strange,would anyone know why this part of the video makes me feel like this i feel very anxious when it comes to this bit ,its so weird.
