Wow. That sounds amazing! How was it? Is the Lac Autannes beautiful? The hike takes about 8 hours is it?
@MrBNutzer3 жыл бұрын
@@DjemoGraphic I'd say with very light luggage you can make it under 8 hours for sure. But i was carrying a few pounds and needed quite that time cause after that hike i went further in the Jura region. I mean the height difference you're going to do from Grimentz to Evolene are nearly 3000 meters. The Lac des Autannes is a beautiful little mountain lake but even in august it was to cold for a swim.

Why the most of Switzerland's areas/villages has an Italian name?!?! It doesn't make any sense! Is it also the population and the language and the culture in genrel?! If an individual wants, he can simply visit Italy How can it be explained?!
@DjemoGraphic3 ай бұрын
Hi. Actually, most of the area names in Switzerland are German, as the german area represents the biggest part of Switzerland. Then in the western part of Switzerland, the names are primarily French. Some of the names of places in Switzerland might sound Italian but are not, they are either Rumantsch (e.g. Ftan, Bravuogn, Savognin) or Patois (Francoprovençal language which is something between French and Italian; that language is very much spoken in Val d'Aoste and in Evolène). The name Arolla in this video sounds Patois for example. In Ticino, the official language is Italian, the villages and valleys all have Italian names. Ticinese is an Italian dialect, thats why there are names like Spruga (Shpruga) or Ri da Cranzünasc or Scinghiöra. I hope I could help you.
@HPMTube19913 ай бұрын
If so, were the Italian regions or characterized by Italian affinity, Italian inhabitants and Italian language and culture, confined to the Ticino region (whose capital city is Bellinzona) only?? Simply, I am planning a very long stay in Switzerland (recovery) and I am used to a Bavarian-German environment. I have no affinity or interest in an Italian (or French) environment. Otherwise, I would choose Italy (or France) . I did not know that such large parts of Switzerland are not 'Switzerland', but rather Italy or France (except that these areas are within Switzerland's domain). The problem is that most of the recommended villages in the consensus and outside - are simply Italian or non-Swiss. This creates confusion and embarrassment and misunderstanding for the potential tourist/stayer. Now it seems to be much more difficult to plan a proper staying in Switzerland End---
@DjemoGraphic3 ай бұрын
@@HPMTube1991 i Your comment sounds a bit rude to be honest, as you deny the non-german parts of Switzerland their Swiss identity - especially because I am partially french- and italian-Swiss. If thats how you think, then, shouldnt it also be a problem for you to stay in the german part of Switzerland, or in Austria, Liechtenstein? They are also german speaking. We do have a very strong German influence due to the languag and geographic proximity and yet, we have our own identity and culture that makes us different. These villages shown here are definitely Swiss, very typical for Valais which is basically its own world within Switzerland. You cant find such villages in France, the architecture in the Val d'Hérens (the valley's name is btw Patois and not French) is Walser, which is from one of the biggest ethnic groups of Swiss people. Also Ticino got totally its own culture and vibe. We dont have very hard boarders in Europe, the boarders are fluent. In northern Germany in Schleswig-Holstein, you can see the transition towards danish culture, in South Tyrol Italy you are within a German-speaking autonomous region and in Val d'Aoste (Italy), the people speak French or Patois.

The comment/question does not de-legitimating any population, but in order to understand the Geo-demography and to claim about an individual interests. And the individual is indeed still confused. But, you have done enough by responding detaily twice. More than a random laconic answer. The individual will make his further self research and take your notes in consideration
