Rocked by a Georgia High School Association investigation, the Valdosta High School Wildcats are looking forward to the future. For those at the center of the investigation, it's not going to be that easy.

Not for nothing... Rush Propst is the High School version of Bobby Petrino. Can he win? Yes, but controversy follows this guy and he always seems to get his hand caught in the cookie jar. It wasnt just the extramarital affair in Alabama, it was the 'alleged' grade tampering then at Colquitt it was the conduct with players including giving them 'pills' and then theres been the recruiting thing at a couple of different schools. And the big question is, why this school? Why did all these transfers want to come to Valdosta? Winning tradition? Maybe, but theres other schools out there that produce championships. Hell, if these kids had gone to IMG or Bishop Gorman then nobody would have blinked an eye. But, 4 or 5 kids from different states just show up in time to make a state championship run? AND you did it all on a Netflix show? Thats like robbing a store, looking into the security camera and showing your ID. There was no question the minute transfers showed up at the same time, a film crew showed up and suddenly there was talk about money and booster club BS that the GHSA WASNT going to conduct an investigation. Transfers who are STAR players always are going to draw a red flag. ALWAYS. And Propst might have gotten away with it until his ego for television exposure flared up. Had to have Two-A-Days part II and it backfired, unfortunately catching up kids who werent on the take in the wake of his path of destruction.

This coach has a history of unethical behavior. Valdosta knew and deserved the fine. The parents knew they were breaking the rules. Their kids were on a winning team. It makes no sense that they would leave a winning team to play for an old coach unless something was promised, whether that was money or playtime. Something was promised. Your kids are suffering because of your poor decisions.

Priorites are so backwards nowadays. These young men are students first, football is an extracurriculum activity. You should never move your chilldren from school to school unless it's academic related. These young men need to be told that football is not the priority at this stage of their lives, they need to prepare themselves for their careers.

These three are obviously lying… Why would any parent move their kids to play for this cheater after he was fired for doing all of the illegal stuff while at Colquitt? Providing pills “on more than one occasion” to students. None of the documents identifies the type of medication, except for one witness who said the pills he saw “might have been Aleve,” which is an over-the-counter pain killer. Owing $301,317 in federal income taxes and $143,000 in delinquent state taxes. Interfering in the hiring of Jamie Dixon as the Colquitt County High School principal. Insubordination. Attempting to charge $143.66 for a personal hotel stay to the school system. Interfering with another sport. Problems associated with the 2018 football team and especially conduct at the end of the championship game loss to Milton. Moving kids to voldasta without any incentives? Suuuure
