I am single and have not been married for many many years, but this was so great, insightful, wise and powerful! It has helped me realize, there is hope in finding and creating a close, life lasting bond. Thank you both!! My parents were married for 62 years, it's a rare gift and a Bessing. ♡ Happy Valentines Day! ♡♡

I wish more people to experience a healthy marriage and family unit like Paul and Tracy’s. Enjoyed this video! My husband (55) and myself (48) were married when I was 20. So we are celebrating our 28 wedding anniversary in May. Im really grateful for that. I pray for every marriage and family unit today, for reconciliation, healing and resilience. Amen. Sidenote: My new fav word thanks to Tracy is: resilience! 😊

Tracy and Paul, I have been married 12 years and could relate to so many views the two of you shared. My husband and I too take great value in our family, time as a unit is so important to us both. Some people will frown on the idea of not taking multiple “couples trips” but it makes perfect sense to us. Raising solid humans who are taught how to succeed in adulthood takes time, dedication and sacrifice. I’m so blessed to have a husband who shares that desire and perspective. We are “in the thick” of raising our children and know one day it will be just us with plenty of time to do as we wish. Thank you for sharing your relationship with everyone! It’s refreshing to see traditional values. Bravo!

Wow, I cannot express how much I loved this video. I have learnt so much from you Tracy over the last few years and have carried that into my life as I have married and had my daughter. My husband and I are a team and we put each other first as I know that will lead to a strong and happy family unit. I do not naturally find communicating the easiest thing but over the last few years I have worked very hard on getting better at this for my relationship. A lot of the work I have done is inspired by you. Thank you. x Ps. I would love you guys to do a parenting specific video!

Thank you guys so much for this wonderful video, I really enjoyed it ! so much great advice to take from you guys . Love how you guys talk about treating each other so respectfully - growing up my Mom always told me to NEVER ever talk negatively about my husband because women love to get together and talk about all the things that annoy them about their spouse and she said it’s easy to fall into that conversation and then it gets hard to quit that. instead, if there is something that bothers you, address that directly and privately . I’m so grateful to my mom and to my parents for showing me such a positive-respectful marriage , such as what you and Paul have . ❤❤

Aw so great to see Paul in this video and thank you for sharing all your insights 💜 you've built a beautiful marriage and life together. Yes I often see couples who are not on the same page, resenting and nit picking when they could choose otherwise. I've been married 7 years and the biggest thing I've learned about marriage is that it's a GIFT. God uses it to help eachother through life and have fun. Your marriage is a testimony to that as well. Blessings and appreciate you sharing with us! 💜👫 happy Valentines Day 💝

When I was pregnant with my first, I wanted a girl, but I knew I was having a boy (hubby comes a large male family). When I got pregnant again, I knew again I was having a boy. People ask me if I want to try for a girl, but I truly cannot see myself being anything else other than a boy mom. My house stinks, and I frequent the urgent care for injuries, but they are fiercely loyal and affectionate. I am truly the queen of my home and I love it!

Loved the video. When my hubby and I met, we each were divorced and each had custody of a son. Ours sons were 1 and 2. So we came into our marriage with lil ones living with us full time. One of the things I noticed very early on, was what kind of father my "boyfriend" was. Since I was divorced at 19, I knew I was not only looking for a good husband but also a good father. He fit the bill and was and still is, even after 40 years of marriage, the perfect fit for me. We got married exactly 1 year from our first date. Its so important to be on the same page when choosing a life partner.

I came across your channel looking at what are the best colors to wear for my complexion. Then I decided to watch this video and I'm glad I did. I have always wondered what it took to have a happy marriage. I was married young... to the wrong person. I was pregnant. My mother wanted me married because we went to church and I would have been an embarrassment. (There is more to it but it's lengthy). In my mind there was no alternative. I stayed in the marriage for 18 years (far too long). It was a very volitale. I never discussed my problems with anyone because again... I felt I was stuck and tried to make the best of it. My husband came from a family where there was a lot of conflict. Young women take note. Why try to spend your life trying to overcome all this from the beginning? It's pure misery. Anyway... I think this video talks about some very practical subjects that occur within marrages. And truly while opposites attract... It really is the ones that are similar that make good marriages.
