Very impressive mod. Well laid out, almost lore friendly.. can overlook parts that aren't, because all the rest really speaks to me. Couple of things I find outstanding: enter the bedroom directly from outside, and they really outdid themselves with the toys. Don't do adoption, but that's most likely the only way I'll ever get them!! Very surprised to see you post today, and appreciate it. Great showcase. Thank you, and Merry Christmas!!

I love this estate so much, one of the features that caught my attention and curiosity during your video was the museum section with the forms, I absolutely love the plaques on the bottom of the bases showing the type of unique armors they are, I haven't seen that in any other home I have been through as of yet. That sold me. The place is beautiful as well and it doesn't clash with my dragon bridge boardwalk I have installed.

I love how its backed up to the forest and on the lake. If you have fertility mode and multiple adoptions the kids can sneak out to the forest and find a pet fox etc. Perfect! 10/10 Thank you for the tour!! Wouldnt you know it? The mod is long gone.

Feb, I'm glad I got your attention of this mod in time for Christmas. I was moseying around in nexusmods this morning and saw this, downloaded it and well, here we are. This is now my favorite house mod! Of course, I'll never use some parts of this estate, but I don't care because the rest makes up for it. I know it doesn't have all the plants and greenery you like, but it's good enough for my use. And if I had only one nitpick, it would be that the smithy chimney in the house isn't vented outside. A gorgeous mod! A bit worried about the bard but the place is big enough I should be able to stay a few steps ahead. I am not sure about having a bard as a follower. I would be afraid that as soon as I said "loot the bodies" they would pull out their weird shaped ukulele and start singing.

Alright, I've gotta have this, lol! It looks familiar, even though I've never seen it, since I used Valkyrja Castle/ Manor for so long. Gorgeous, with excellent attention to detail! I wouldn't use a few of the areas, but for the museum or the weapons/ armor alone, it's worth a download. Can't wait to get my PC into decent shape (The HDD I'm using is old and 5400 rpm, doh!) to explore this in person. Have a safe and wonderful Christmas, Feb!

"Spookily brilliant!" . . . . . gonna have to remember that one!! I love this house, but it needs a guide to lead you around so that you don't get lost! The secret vampire room was cool, and got me thinking about a vampire playthrough using a few of the mods that allow you to build businesses and estates. I imagine the vampire keeping his nature a secret and slowly building his own empire. After all, he is immortal, and has all the time he would want for such an enterprise, and it makes more sense than just hanging around in some dingy cave or decrepit castle like Lord Harkon. Most of the Skyrim vampires seem to be just wasting that time, like they are ashamed of what they have become and fail to see the real opportunities it gives you. I think I'd make a great vampire in real life . . . . the world is mine, I tell you! Mine!! MINE!!!!! Bwa Ha Ha!!! Funny how just seeing a house mod can suddenly trigger ideas for a full playthrough.

By the way, you can disable the bard or any npc by selecting them with the console, type disable then hit enter. Doesn't affect previous saves or a new start. Its perfectly harmless, I use it all the time, just don't disable a quest npc. You can also use Jaxon Positioner SE 2.0 to produce a similar effect. I move things around and decorate with that mod. I couldn't own houses without Jaxon Positioner. You can even disable Inigo if he gets too pushy. Somewhere across the Atlantic I can here Darkstar gasping over her cup of tea

I love the functionality of this and the museum is fantastic, perhaps the best outside of LOTD for us collectors. Easy 10/10. But I'm too much of a purist/lore nut so I cant get past the custom textures and furniture. If there was an alternate version with lore friendly textures this would be unbelievable, but I understand that probably isnt the vision of the mod author. Ah well, a fantastic mod nonetheless.

Great looking home but the bed in the master bedroom is laughably small. Like seriously, there's this giant bedroom and the bed is basically just twin size. There's two chairs in front of the fireplace in that room but that's one more than is needed because clearly the dragonborn who lives in this house sleeps alone.
