How did you get the connector that is inside the car that allows the door to come off my conectore is black it's a 2010 endeavor

I have a similar situation. Same passenger rear window. Goes down but won't go up. Except, in addition, the driver door cannot move it in either direction. Only the rear passenger door can move that window. So does that mean it's maybe at the hinge or switch?
