I thought the 67's were some 80/20% silver/copper, and SOME were 50/50% silver/copper...and then some of THOSE blanks were left over in 1968, so thats how you get some silver dimes from 1968. Also, wouldnt even a 50% nickel coin still be magnetic?

Hey, thanks. I didn’t know they had two silver % types. Correct, the nickel dime is magnetic and the silver/copper is not magnetic. Still worth only $4.00 but people try to sell them on eBay for $99.
