'What pattern do you strive to be? Assimilate the Values of Christ, build the tapestry within me. Brotherhood. Goodwill to ALL men. Goodwill starts in us. Harmlessness must be a thread within us, Harmlessness is reverence, the love of the origin in ALL LIFE. FORGIVENESS. Dismantle patterns. Watchfulness is the 5th thread. Intense observation of your actions, speeches, thoughts, emotions, relationships..' Thank you Gita. I love how you provide clarity as to how to not only build our character, but heal in the process using very practical tools presented here.
