Was that Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village? I imagine it has changed over the years, but it was always one of my favorite places to see in Sedona. The Chapel of the Holy Cross is pretty awesome too up there against the red rock... thanks for helping me reminisce :)

Yes, twice! Once we camped at Pine Flat campground in Coconino National Forest and another time we were paid $75 to stay 2 nights with full hookups at a resort in Sedona that had a few campsites by enduring a 2 hour timeshare presentation.

I am so excited to see Kait is coming out with a cook book!! I personally am not a fan of cooking however bought an instant pot after watching Kait use it so much. Throw it in, turn it in, walk away... I can deal with that. Oh, and I LOVE that thing!! You however have such wonderful healthy dishes and all look amazing. Hugs to Leo. He is all I have been thinking about. I had Spots our lab for 15 years and if it were for his hips going out, I believe he would have lasted another 3 to 4 years. His comfort level was gone, reducing his quality of life so I had to put him to sleep. It was the hardest decision of my entire life (crying as I type this and its been 7 years now). I felt like I had lost a child. Heck he was my second child. That dog was amazing. If you truly love animals, it is never easy. I loved Spots with all my heart. My prayers are with Leo...lots of hugs and kisses and prayers from me to both of you and Leo.

I feel for you. My 13 year old lab died two years ago; and I lost 3 labs before him but I finally feel ready for a best friend. Saw my yellow lab Dec. 2 when she was 4 weeks old and I pick her up Dec. 30. She'll be great but I'll ever forget or stop missing the others.

We are Canadian snowbirds and spend the winter in AZ and have been to Sedona a number of times, it is one of our favourites spots in AZ. It was so nice to see Bell and Cathedral Rocks as well as many other interesting site and places in and around Sedona. Thoroughly enjoyed your Sedona stop and your Mom is lovely.
