It's been an absolutely pleasure chatting with you guys in the comments! As always, THANK YOU for taking the time to show your love and support. *Two questions* that have been brought up a fair bit (here and on Instagram) is with regard to wild camping in Switzerland and generally how we manage to keep warm in Jits! *WILD CAMPING* Unfortunately wild camping is a lot harder in Switzerland than any other country that we've been to in Europe. There are signs everywhere you can think of, to let you know that overnight camping is prohibited with hefty fines in place if you break these rules. This is completely understandable when you consider that it is done in the interest of preserving the natural beauty & wildlife. As you would expect, campsites in Switzerland are VERY expensive, averaging at 50CHF for one night (2 adults)… OUCH. Luckily we were able to tuck Jits into safe, out of the way spots with no parking prohibitions through our trusty Park4Night app. So bottom line is that wild camping in Switzerland is hard but not impossible! *KEEPING WARM IN JITS* Whilst we do have a heater in Jits we rarely ever use it. Instead we find it is more efficient to heat ourselves rather than the space. I just love the area around Lauterbrunen. A little tip that might help other visitors. You can buy a ticket for a week that covers you on most of the cablecars and railways in the area (excludes Jungfraujock and Schilthorn) including Grindelwald. We hired mountain bikes and took them to the top from Grindelwald on the cable car. They have a special bracket to hang the bikes on the outside of the cabin. There are 3 routes down. Each was simply amazing. (Yes, I did it 3 times!) The cablecars and railways are simply amazing, with lots of wonderful walks and places to see. My favourite place in the whole world.

A really enjoyable watch and walk down memory lane as i've also visited those places you went to in Switzerland. But there is a LOT more to the country and you really need spend a few weeks there to benefit. Your van is similar to one I used to own, a 2000 registered AutoSleepers Duetto on Ford Transit chassis. I owned it for 10 years touring throughout European countries, mostly Eastern.

Greetings from Poland. That was an amazing video - 6 days in Switzerland. What scenery! Your photography skills are impossible to describe. There are not enough superlatives. Lakes, waterfalls, autumn colours and hikes. Can't get over the price of the cablecar - 64GBP - Wow! However, in the snow at 2265 meters up looking at The Black Lake - maybe the price was worth it. Day 6 was incredible just because of Jits first train ride. Only 30GBP. The suspension bridge was incredible. A bit scary for me though. I'm not sure where you are in Tuscany but I'm looking forward to next part of your adventure in Italy
