My wife has dementia and winters are so much more difficult on her, but as soon as we can be outside in nature, whether, hiking, walking gardening, yardwork, etc…, it’s remarkably different and much better for her. Nature gives her clarity of mind, lifts her overall spirit and it is just a vast difference for her, and for me. We both have much better days when nature is involved. I definitely agree that nature is healing. Life has been way out of balance for a while and nature is what I need. Well said, Dee. Thanks. I live in a city called Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. We have over 1000 hectares of City parks and 180 kilometres of trails next to an ocean, mountains, and rivers. I havn't gotten to most of these areas, life gets in the way most of the time.

I like how you always present information that is science based, and the quotes were also quite helpful in this video, Dee. It looks like you have a nice lake-view campsite, and the outside yoga positions were interesting. In relation to what you presented today: I am lucky to live adjacent to a large urban park with lots of trees. I have park views on two sides of my house which I enjoy through large windows and door walls. Almost anywhere inside and outside of my house, I have good views of nature and I like how the views change with seasonal changes. My only complaint is the multitude of leaves without passports that immigrate to my property in fall. I strongly believe that the park contributes much to my feeling of well being. I am in Tulsa which is a nice city with a great Woody Guthrie museum. I am avoiding interstate highways while slowly going to the Southwest. Along the way, I can recommend Parke County Indiana which has 31 covered bridges. The bridges surround the town of Rockville. Linking some of the bridges on a google map will take you way off the beaten path through attractive forest and farm lands while giving you lots of time to commune with nature.

Agree wholeheartedly, only caveat is wearing sunglasses blocks all the communication, one needs to see the sunlight with naked eyes for all those things to happen. Per Andrew Huberman and other docs I have heard.

Grateful I've lived in PNW (Seattle) area my whole life. Hopefully, some Summer you can make it out this way. Camano Island State Park has gorgeous campsite with whales this time of year and a yummy lodge with a view for food on weekends. Washington Park in Anacortes has campsite and gorgeous views of the San Juan Islands. You can park there and just walk on the ferry for the day, cuz it's crazy expensive and hard to get a ferry now to go. xx

I had prostate cancer, and I'm taking hormone shots, and the shots are helping me to kill the cancer cells, but the shots are making me cry edgey and i can't set still I always got to be moving I wasn't like this before I found out I had prostate cancer and the last two is hot flashes and night sweats and I've been working out for 3 weeks
