Van Life: Visiting Flagstaff to get my party on!

Man,. I'm dying to see van dwellers get away from those desert areas, and do some traveling through some eastern U. S. mountain ranges, like the Smoky Mountains, the Appalachian Mountains, with the Allegheny mountains, and see some beautiful greenery, rolling hills, farmlands. Pennsylvania has some beautiful mountains. I lived in Danville, Pa. , in the center of the state for 4 years and traveled around the whole state and saw some beautiful areas, like where the Amish lived, way up in the mountains, plowing their land with mules and horses. And the Pocono mountains are there too, and very beautiful. Why is it that the only youtube vandwellers are only out west, from California to Canada ??? ..and they usually just travel those desert states. Why not come east for a change ? I know that the warm weather this time of the year has a lot to do with that, but when the spring-summer comes why not do some eastern traveling ? I don't want to watch RVers as the only ones traveling over this way. I'm in Alabama right now but I'm hoping to have a van some time in the spring or summer and I'm gonna start my trips up the Appalachian mountains, and see some beautiful scenery and cool places up that way. :-) ✌

Haha love the free styling, keep practicing while you're driving good use of time! I'm sure they'll make more sense soon and you won't mind sharing more haha. Flagstaff is awesome! We were there back in November and absolutely loved it. So funny, your video from back then made me put it on the list too:) Will definitely go again and spend much more time exploring! Enjoyed the vlog. I'm glad you had a good time visiting your flagstaff home. In addition to that city, I do have future plans to research why so many people like Arizona in general... a lot are gravitating to the desert areas in the south, maybe for a warmer winter spot, yet it looks so bare to me (never been in one, so must try it). I generally am thinking I would prefer the woods, but I won't know til I try both. I know for sure I would be traveling based on temperature zone, with a mix of woods, and a nice city or town nearby. I will eventually need to find that place where I circle out from. My city would not be it.... too cold in winter, way too hot in peak summer, and too much violence in this whole area.

It is a 2000 Chevy Astro. 200,000 miles. I will make a video about the repairs soon. But I haven't had to make too many serious repairs. And I feel I can keep my van going for years!! We will see. Thank you Rachel :)
