Ah yes we did this in our smaller van Trinity and it saved so much space! To be honest we’ve got heaps of room at the moment so we haven’t even thought about needing to do that BUT it’s also only fall so once winter hits we may be doing something different with those pillows!

I was watching all your most recent van build videos and saw one of your van trip with Lee and her dog at Lions Head Lookout and I commented that I would like to see more of Lee and Kara and Nate in your videos. I searched her Instagram after watching this video and learned of the tragic news about Lee, I had know idea when I made that comment. I am sorry for your loss. Lee seemed so energetic, easy going, and full of life, I guess it is hard to know when someone is battling their own personal demons inside.

In preparation for my own jump into vanlife, I have watched hundreds of van tours and vanbuilds and with hand on my heart, truly, yours is the most beautiful, practical and well thought out! I've watched you build it out (was/am AMAZED by how much knowledge and skill you both have) and am so impressed by all you've accomplished. Makes me happy to see your knives pointed downward on the magnetic strip. SO many other vanlifers have the knives pointed upward which is horrible for their chi. Questions: how much (roughly) did the conversion cost? And who do you work with for insurance? (the company I reached out to said the solar panels "could be a problem". Love you both (and Bob) xo

We've been planning van/bus designs for years now (busy now building our tiny house on wheels) but we still want a smaller get away vehicle. Watched from the start of the build. Looks soooo beautiful! Love your use of space and attention to detail. My husband has built our tiny house and we are starting a new one. Eamon and Bec, wow... this van is amazing. I’ve been watching for years and you guys have CHANGED my life. You have inspired me to study interior design at Savannah College of Art and Design in order to create more accessible sustainable tiny living. Your relationship and the respect you have for each other has taught me as I’ve grown what to look for in a partner and how people should treat each other. You’re too young to be my parents but I think of you as my godparents. Thank you, and I’m so excited to see your adventures in the new van! Also, I’m not sure if you have a name for the new van... but I thought something like Serendipity? It rhymes with Trinity and it represents the way you guys turned a difficult situation into something serendipitous.

A couple of add-ons to your very cool design. In the space where you have your sweaters, line it with cedar. Not expensive. They make panels for lining drawers, protect your sweaters, and your they smell great. Since you have so much space, how about getting a portable washing machine? Been looking at them online. They are compact and really work. Love your "bathroom". Did you think about mounting your shower curtain on the ceiling to it drops down?
