Vance and hines fuel pack not working, maps not uploading, will not flash. life pranks

Created by InShot:inshotapp.com/share/youtube.html My fuel pack would not work, would not upload, wouldn't do anything so I had to call vans and Hines and they fixed the problem and I found out that my fuel pack was California and not Wisconsin. so I had issues with horse power because California has restrictions.
