Vanilla & Chocolate Swirl Cupcakes

Art in its purest form. Baking art is what I will describe this cupcakes as.
I saw this and decided to recreate it and it came out so nice, fluffy and delicious. No oil residue. It came out just super perfect.

Use a manual whisk to beat the eggs, then add the sugar and still use the whisk to beat both together. Add the oil and vanilla and still beat with the whisk. Add the flour and baking powder and use your spoon or wooden ladle to fold it. That’s all

Can melted butter be used in place of groundnut oil. Or any recipe you use groundnut oil, can we use melted butter

I use this recipe for commercial purpose but it gets spoilt like the 3rd day so I thought it’s cos of the milk I added, what could I be doing wrong pls. Cos thjs is the recipe I use

Mine stayed for 4 days on the table and it was still very good. Your eggs could have not been very fresh. Use fresh eggs always when baking and also allow your cakes to fully bake
