It's the mods that keep them alive not Bethasda, sure they make good games, but they aren't great. People keep coming back to fallout and ES for the mods, that's what keeps Bethasda in the spotlight, that's what makes people wanting for more. If it wasn't for this, Fallout and ES would have been mediocre by now. Fallout 76 is the proof of that, previous games where litherer with bugs, but now modders can't fix it and people had enough of it.

Water in FO is irradiated. Radiation has nothing in common with being dirty - so water may or may not contain mud in it. This said, water change in U.L.T.I.M.A.T.E. are optional and can be skipped or tweaked straight in game.

I think it should be clear, but well, let me clarify. Ofc it's obvious PENTIUM 2 DUO AND INTEL HD CRAP can't run U.L.T.I.M.A.T.E. graphics module haha. Once again, I think it's obvious. What I mean is U.L.T.I.M.A.T.E. is fully modular and easy to install - so you can find perfect balance for YOUR rig easily. Ultimately, GAMEPLAY mods in most cases don't affect performance - so if your rig is a rotten potato, you can jus skip graphics part and install gameplay part (which is most important anyway).

My 1st play though was on the 360 version and that save file got to the 500-ish hours mark, I just did everything I could in game. I also spent a long time at max level just murdering my way around the map constantly lol. The few other run throughs I've done where on the pc version with at least Project Nevada and A World of Pain installed, both of which with the difficulty cranked right up etc....@@Miniman2640

This is really cool except every single video where people try to remaster 3 or NV they kinda take away some personality to me. The characters, weapons and water are simply amazing! But there is something missing in the landscape changes. There seems to be something strange about the light, the shadows and the color palette. Also, at times it seems that there is an excess of contrast in the scenario. But despite these details, very good job!

I was having crashes every 10 - 15 minutes with a fully modded game, New Vegas anti-crash didn't seem to make any difference other than maybe 1 in 10 of those crashes saved on exiting. Yesterday I installed the New Vegas 4k patch and I have literally played for over 12 hours and not had a single crash! even going through the usual hot-spots like Camp McCaran. I can't believe what a difference it has made.

Honestly I kind of prefer vanilla atleast for the environments. I actually think the environments look decent. And the yellow filter gives it a distinct feel to me. I love the water effects of ultimate and the weaponry but to me the environment of new Vegas just can't be replaced. Other then that mods can offer a wide range of improvements to new Vegas just I can't imagine new Vegas looking like anything but vanilla new Vegas

I get that the game looks substantially more realistic with improved lighting / textures / effects / etc. but the yellow-esque color palette of New Vegas with the occasional magenta skies kind of feels integral to the tone and setting :/

Do the animations differ at all from Asurah's pack which I recognized and the 'animation fixes'? Are there unique animations to this pack? If so, that's amazing, and even better when there's that stamp of guarantee that with the ULTIMATE patches everything is 100% compatible, as Asurah's pack as it stands has a distinct lack of comprehensive patches for compatibility with multiple other mods and a need for manual tweaking for each user e.g. for WMX, WRP and Asurah's animations to be compatible.
