Does Vanuatu allow applications from Belarus and Russia? That might be an option for citizens of those countries since the Caribbean countries have cut them off. If I lived in one of those countries I would definitely be looking for a second passport, even if it wasn't all that great. That way I could never be forced to return there if my residence permit in another country expired and they wouldn't renew it. Vanuatu would always be a place to live in an emergency.

Please check your facts before making any video and stop spreading misinformation about Vanuatu’s passport. Vanuatu passport holders have opened bank accounts in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, Singapore, European countries, and many other countries worldwide without any issues. Unless there are specific red flags tied to an individual, having a Vanuatu passport does not create obstacles for opening bank accounts. Unless a specific bank explicitly discriminates against holders of Vanuatu passports (which would be unusual and likely face scrutiny), there is no basis to claim that opening bank accounts would be "difficult" solely due to holding a Vanuatu passport.
